One of the most extraordinary dinner experience I have ever had. Absolutely everything was phenomenal. So unique and beyond creative. The Chef’s talent is utterly mind blowing and service was excellent. I am still thinking about the food three days later. We had the fondue which is the best I’ve had since I was in Switzerland, Meatloaf, Smoked duck confit & house pasta sheet, Kurobuta Pork Loin, and all of the desserts. I cannot recommend Franck’s enough. This is now going to be a must have every time I’m in Utah.

What a wonderful experience overall. Fabulous food, we had 4 different entrees and all were excellent. Great ambiance and good table side service.
This was perfect to celebrate our special occasion. We had a 4 course meal over the span of a couple of hours and loved all of the unique flavors in each dish.

The food is always so fresh and creative and plated so beautifully, you almost don’t want to eat it. The quality is always top-notch as well as the wonderful staff. They are warm and friendly and do a fantastic job at making sure you feel welcome. I look forward to dining here and highly recommend it.

Everything from appetizers to entrees to desserts were wonderful. I had the fried chicken and it was fantastic. The tomato pie appetizer was great as was the beet appetizer. Our service was excellent. Our waitress may have been the best I have ever had in Utah. Wonderful experience and I would recommend Franck’s to anyone.
Franck’s is the best small restaurant in the Salt Lake Valley. I’ve stated that over and over and over in reviews…There’s an unadvertised soup course with the tasting menu. I consider the Tasting Menu a show stopper, orchestrated by the magician in the kitchen – Robert Perkins. The variety, the presentation, the TASTE….I have more adjectives but you get the point. There are other heroes here: the kitchen support staff is first rate, the wait staff is friendly, attentive, professional and informative; the manager pulls all the right strings to make your experience here one you’ll wish to repeat.
