1st Course: Roasted Slab Bacon, Smoked Parsnips,
Honeydew Jam, Filberts, Moscatel Vinegar, Sorrel

2nd Course: Icelandic Fresh Water Salmon,
Lemon Buttered Heritage Carrots, Marble Potato, Endive,
Pistachio-Spring Pea Relish, Buttermilk & Dill Dressing

3rd Course: Slow Cooked Prime Beef Tenderloin,
Spring Onion Fried Rice, Togarashi Almonds,
Pickled Beech Mushroom, Grilled Bok Choy,
Blueberry & Chinese Sausage Nuoc Chấm, Thai Basil

4th Course: Mascarpone Cheese Cake, Olive Oil Sponge,
