Probably the best fine dining in the greater SLC area. Nice atmosphere, great staff and an excellent well conceived menu it doesn’t get much better than that. Everything we have tried here has been nothing short of great. The hype around the brussels sprouts and the meat loaf is well earned. The other thing not mentioned in most reviews is the fact that the prices are not that high compared to the quality of the meal.

This is one amazing place!! I have been several times in the past year.  The chef changes the menu constantly, and everything they make is simply amazing!!    If you are looking for an incredible fine-dining experience, this is the place.  The fried Brussel sprout appetizer is delicious.  Even if you don’t normally like Brussel sprouts, try it!!  Their meatloaf and fried chicken is pretty much always on the menu and you can never go wrong with them.

Just typing this review has me anxious to go back.  This should be on your bucket list of places to try in Utah.

One of our favorite dining spots for a nicer meal out. Doesn’t break the bank and you still feel like it is a fine dining experience. Amazing service and incredible dishes. Try the brusselsprouts, steak and don’t forget the pb&j dessert.

Francks is one of our favorites.  We’ve been going there for years and they have always been consistently wonderful.  I did try the fried chicken for my first time and must say I’m disappointed in myself for not ordering it sooner.  It quickly became my favorite entree on the menu.

Hands down the best meal I’ve ever had!  My husband and I went there to celebrate our 20th anniversary and everything, from the service to the food to the ambiance, was impeccable.  Each bite we took was like a flavor party in our mouths.

We started with the fondue, a delicious blend of gourmet cheeses with fruity undertones.  My husband ordered the soup of the day, comprised of ingredients I would never imagine pairing together – pumpkin, horseradish, a chocolate emulsion, tomatoes, creme fraiche – but one that came together deliciously.  If you think you can pass on the soup when you go there, you’re wrong – get the soup.  I ordered the salad, a wedge of lettuce, apples, bacon, toasted almonds and dressing that was just perfect.  Our entrees consisted of the waygu sirloin for my husband and Franck’s meatloaf for myself, both equally scrumptious and beautifully presented.  To top everything off, we ended the meal with a lovely chocolate and pistachio torte with candied pistachios, chocolate cotton candy and pistachio infused ice cream – so good!

Franck’s food is every bit worth the price you pay and even perhaps a bit of a steal, considering the attention to detail and the extraordinary food adventure you’ll have!
