This year we will be featuring the Award Winning beers
From Squatters Craft Beers/Wasatch Brewery
on the best patio in the State!

Jason Stock (Head Brew Master) of Squatters will be in attendance
to speak about the brewery and the beers we will taste.

We will be serving four unique menu items designed by
Chefs Robert Perkins & Adam Vickers to pair
with four of Squatters/Wasatch finest beers!

1st Course: Chicken Skin “Crostini”, Confit Chicken,
Charred Orange Hot Sauce, Roquefort Puree,
Compressed Celery, Pickled Carrot, Celery Leaves
Wasatch -White label Belgian White Ale

2nd Course: Parmesan & Lavender Panna Cotta,
Iberico Jamon, Black Mission Figs,
Sherry Vinegar, Micro Chervil, Jicama
Squatters – Bumper Crop Honey Ale

3rd Course: Drunken Noodle, Braised Wagyu Beef,
Spicy Bone Marrow Broth, Shiitake Mushroom,
Crispy Shallot, Scallion-Peppadew-Coriander Salad
Squatters -Hop Rising Double IPA

4th Course: Vanilla Bean Tapioca Pudding,
Dehydrated Double Chocolate Cake, Roasted Hazelnut,
Coffee Crème Anglaise, Chocolate Covered Coffee Bean
Wasatch – Polygamy Nitro Porter

Dinner Begins at 6:00 pm.
